Exercises combined with physiotherapy treatment are sure to decrease your pain and you could soon experience improved functionality. Your pain could be relieved with passive therapy such as ice packs, heat packs or ultrasound. Physiotherapy also helps knee injury treatment. You could take advantage of laser therapy to reduce your scar tissue formation if your muscles, ligaments or tendons are torn. In case your pain persists, you got to go for some active exercises for your knee injury.

You could go for shoulder injury treatment depending on the type of injury you sustained. Your treatment could be a combination of cold therapy or hot packs.
